Reshaping business and the world by leveraging knowledge intangibles

Last year, Mary Adams and I co-authored a paper for the ECIC 2009 in the Netherlands called "IC - crossing the chasm". In it, we told the stories from nine early adopter companies who have used the Intellectual Capital concept in general, and IC Rating in particular. Interesting reading, actually!

Thanks Henrik- I would be interested to hear what other folks have to say on this. Is the field of IC caught in the chasm between early adopters and mainstream business? What is missing? How can we land safely on the other side?
I think you guys hit the mail on the head when you said most struggle to link the performance of their intellectual capital and the financial results of their businesses. If we don't want to fall down the chasm we MUST find sound ways to clarify the IC value proposition that managers understand and accept. This is an easier task in some organisations than it is in others as your study indicated.

Love to have you bring an update to ECIC 2011 here in Cyprus.
