Reshaping business and the world by leveraging knowledge intangibles

Imagine asking your clients: What is your current level of Human Capital Efficiency?

Not only do we ask the question but we answer it.  Want to know more about this tool?  Are there other great tools you know of or use that measure this?

At Taylor Protocols, we are now able to objectively quantify human capital, and even more importantly, prescribe change.  With our system in place we can acheive 100% of a current team's productivity with 1/2 to 1/3 of the people OR more than double the productive output if there were only A/B players in each position on the team.  We have worked with hundreds of companies and consistently find they operate at about 33% Human Capital Efficiency.  We improve this by solving the Pareto Principle in hiring and the existing workforce.

Feel free to visit www.taylorprotocols.com.  You can call me at the number there or email mike at taylorprotocols dot com with more questions or if you would like a sample of our instrument.  We'd also like to be aware of other systems out there so please post if there is a system or company you prefer currently.

Thanks Michael- This section is the place on the ICKC where companies should feature and "advertise" their offerings. I am glad that you took advantage of it. I hope to get a real variety of vendors here over time--IC is a rich field.

In the meantime, I hope you also join in on some of the other conversations. Any stories you have about What Work in IC would be welcome. There, of course, it wouldn't be an advertisement, rather a sharing of knowledge. Glad to have you here! Mary
