The
IPA Intangible Reporting initiative in the U.K. was new to me.
(you need to sign up to access their site, but it was very quick). Their report is not downloadable unfortunately, but perhaps somebody has it to share here?

Moray MacLennan
Past President of the IPA
Even though it is new to me, it looks like it is already history. There are no updates after 2008.
I especially find two things interesting about this:
1) They do not come from the "traditional" IC community and they seem to have been motivated by other sources than the ones usually referred to.
2) The IPA seems to be an association for practitioners. A few years ago, we tried to sell IC practices to U.K. based companies but found it more difficult than in most countries. Has this changed or is that the reason why this initiative is already dead?
Anybody who has some input about what happened?
