Thanks Abhijit-This is a great discussion of the phenomenon that economists are pointing to--the near infinite scalability of operationalized knowledge (structural capital). Helping companies to understand what this means in their own business does lead to amazing breakthroughs! Mary
Thank you Abhijit - The link between structural capital and relationship capital is paramount to the organisation's pursuit of infinite scalability (and also scalability of the organisations finite and perhaps shrinking Human Capital)- very good post
