Imagine asking your clients: What is your current level of Human Capital Efficiency?

Profile Information

What is your interest in IC?
At Taylor Protocols, we have been quantifying human capital not only in tangible ways, but provide a methodology that is highly valuable to businesses. We are now able to make a direct connection between the wiring or nature of a person and the nature of the work to unlock the mystery of engagement.
For you, what is the definition of IC?
Valuable components of a business (or person) that contribute to success or performance but are difficult to quantify.
How does IC relate to your work?
See above. Our passion is to forever change the way employers view their employees, and forever change the way employees look at the workplace. What companies believe is diffuclt to measure can now be diagnosed, and we provide a prescription for change that is proven to defeat the Wilfredo Pareto principle, dramatically improve hiring, and clearly measure human capital.
Where can we learn more about you on the web? (LinkedIn, Facebook, Website (you can add more later on your profile page)
