Profile Information

What is your interest in IC?
Intellectual Capital and its parallel financial implication being the "value and worth" of intangible assets is an increasingly important factor for financial managers and advisers. My role is spreading the gospel to this audience. I am available to talk globally.
For you, what is the definition of IC?
For the individual, Intellectual Capital is what we develop in our journey through life and becomes our personal competitive advantage. It is our personal combination of accumulated knowledge, skills and attitudes that we build into a base of wisdom. For an organization it is the accumulation of individual IC available to it, that gets released through a humanistic approach to leadership.
How does IC relate to your work?
It is what my product is as a professional trainer and facilitator and as a management consultant. In addition it is the most important capacity that an effective organization develops.
