- As director of Actcell Corporation, I have been involved in helping Japanese companies to practice Intellectual Capital Management, using IC Raing and other methodologies. Recently my assignment and interest is shifting from consulting projects to educational service for business people and consultants who are interested in learning the concept and implementation methods.
