Abhijt- This is a great post Intellectual Capital: What's In it For Me?
I especially like your comment, "Intellectual Capital, like most other good things in life, does not happen on its own – it has to be made to happen." I think that most people think that IC just appears spontaneously when, in fact, it is built brick by brick over time.
I believe that the money spent to built this capacity is also an opportunity for the IC community--if we can get folks to focus on this money, they will realize that IC is truly a business asset.
